Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you buy hosting, a server, mail or a domain from myserv.ge. Please read them before you order — especially the part about backups.

Who you are contracting with

Digital Infrastructure LLC (შპს დიჯითალ ინფრასტრუქტურა) (identification number 402376549), Tamar Mepe Avenue N13/172, Apt. 16, Didube district, Tbilisi, Georgia.

By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not order.

Your account

Give us details that are true, and keep them current — a domain registered to a wrong address can be suspended by the registry, and we cannot fix that for you.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you give access to. Turn on two-factor authentication.

Tell us straight away if you think someone else has your password.

What we provide, and when

Shared hosting, virtual servers, mailboxes and domain names, as described on the page you ordered from.

Most services are set up automatically once payment clears. Some are not: a .ge domain is registered by hand today, so a paid .ge order waits for a person rather than appearing in minutes. We tell you this before you pay, and it changes the day the automatic registration goes in — not before.

A virtual server is yours to run. What you install on it, and keeping it patched, is your responsibility, not ours.

Prices, invoices and renewals

Prices are in Georgian lari and are shown before you order. The invoice is the amount that binds; anything shown before it is an estimate.

Services renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal invoice is due. We invoice ahead of the date so you have time to decide.

If an invoice is not paid, the service is suspended and later terminated. We will warn you before either happens.

Paying

Card payments are taken by our payment provider on its own pages. We never see your card number.

Bank transfer is available. A service ordered that way starts once the money actually arrives, which is not the same day you send it.

Refunds

If a hosting or mail service is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of the first payment and we will look at it.

Domain registrations, transfers and renewals cannot be refunded. The registry is paid the moment the domain is created, and that money is gone whoever changes their mind.

A service we suspend for abuse is not refunded.

Backups are yours

Keep your own backups, somewhere that is not the server they came from. This is the most important sentence on this page.

We do not currently keep an offsite copy of your data, and we do not promise to restore anything. Hardware fails, mistakes happen, and a customer with their own backup loses an afternoon while one without loses everything.

If that changes we will say so here, in writing, and not before it is true.

Using the service properly

No spam, no phishing, no malware, no attacking other people from our network, and nothing illegal under Georgian law.

Shared hosting is shared. A site that consumes so much of a machine that other customers suffer will be asked to move to a server of its own.

We may suspend a service immediately if it is actively harming others or us — and we will tell you why.

Availability

We aim to keep everything running continuously and we do not currently offer a service level agreement with credits attached. We would rather say that plainly than print a percentage nothing stands behind.

Planned maintenance is announced in advance where we can. Emergency work sometimes cannot wait.

Domains

A domain is registered in your name and it is yours. We manage it on your behalf.

Registry rules apply to it as well as ours, including publication of registrant details in public WHOIS records.

You can transfer a domain away. We will not hold it, and we will give you the authorisation code.

Ending it

You can cancel any service at the end of its paid period, from the portal or by writing to us.

We can end the agreement for non-payment, for abuse, or if we are required to by law. Except for abuse, we will give you notice and a chance to put it right.

When a service ends, its data is deleted. Take a copy first.

Responsibility

We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for what you put on it, for lost data you had no backup of, or for business you did not do because a service was interrupted.

Nothing here limits liability that Georgian law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and law

If we change these terms we will change the date at the top and email you when the change actually affects you.

Georgian law governs this agreement, and the courts of Tbilisi hear any dispute.
