Can I move my existing mail across?

Yes. Connect the old and the new mailbox in any mail program and copy the folders, or write to us and we will help.

My domain is registered somewhere else. Is that a problem?

No. You keep the domain where it is and add a few DNS records; the portal shows exactly which. You can also move the domain to us later if you want.

Will my mail land in spam?

We sign every message for your domain with DKIM and give you the SPF and DMARC records to publish. Publishing all three is what keeps your mail out of spam folders.
