Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use myserv.ge, why we hold it, and who else can see it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

Who is responsible for your data

Digital Infrastructure LLC (შპს დიჯითალ ინფრასტრუქტურა) (identification number 402376549), Tamar Mepe Avenue N13/172, Apt. 16, Didube district, Tbilisi, Georgia, is the data controller.

Write to info@myserv.ge about anything on this page, including a request to see, correct or delete your data.

What we collect

Your account: name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your password — which is stored only as a hash and cannot be read back by us or by anyone who steals the database.

Your billing details: the address you enter at checkout, and the invoices, payments and orders WHMCS records against your account.

Your services: the domain names you register or transfer, the IP addresses and hostnames of your servers, the mailboxes you create, and the DNS records you publish through us.

Technical records: the IP address the order was placed from, sign-in and security events, and ordinary server logs.

Support: whatever you write in a ticket, and our replies.

We never see your card number

Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider on its own pages. Your browser is sent there to pay; the card number is typed there and never reaches this website.

Nothing in our systems stores, processes or transmits a card number, a CVV or an expiry date. What we learn is that an invoice was paid.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

To provide what you bought and to bill you for it — the contract between us.

To keep accounting and tax records — a legal obligation.

To keep the service secure: detecting abuse, blocking attacks, investigating fraud, and knowing where an order came from. This is our legitimate interest and yours.

Who else processes it

Our payment provider, to take card payments and to tell us an invoice was paid.

Hetzner Online GmbH, which houses the machines everything runs on.

Domain registrars and registries, when you register or transfer a domain. They require the registrant contact details, and some of those details appear in public WHOIS records — that is how the domain system works and it is not something we can switch off.

Cloudflare, which sits in front of some of our hostnames and sees the traffic that passes through it.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and there is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site at all.

Where your data is

Every server we operate — the portal, the mail platform, and the machines customer VPSes run on — is in Helsinki, Finland, at Hetzner Online GmbH. That is inside the European Union.

What you put ON a server you rent is yours and stays where you put it. We do not copy it elsewhere.

How long we keep it

Account and service records for as long as you have an account with us, and afterwards only as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Security and server logs for a short period, then they are discarded.

A domain registration record is kept as long as the registry keeps it — that is not ours to shorten.

Cookies

We set three, and each one is necessary for the site to work: one that keeps you signed in, one that lasts a few minutes between your password and your two-factor code, and one that remembers your language and colour theme.

There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. That is why this site shows you no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Keeping it safe

Traffic to this site and to the portal is encrypted. Passwords are hashed, never stored as text. Two-factor authentication is available on your account and we recommend turning it on.

No system is perfect. If something happens that affects your data, we will tell you rather than hope you do not notice.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how we use it. Write to us and we will answer.

Some of it we cannot delete on request — an invoice we are required by law to keep, for example — and we will say so plainly rather than quietly ignoring the part we cannot do.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If a change actually affects you, we will email you rather than rely on you rereading this page.
