A .ge is the address that tells a Georgian customer you are here rather than somewhere else, and it is the one zone worth having even if your business is online only. This is what it costs with us and what to do with it next.
The price
A .ge costs ₾40 for a year, and renewing costs the same ₾40. There is no first-year discount that doubles later — the number you pay now is the number you pay every year.
Bringing a .ge you already own from another registrar costs ₾30, less than registering a new one.
We sell one year at a time. Longer terms exist at some registrars; we do not offer them because we do not have a price for them, and quoting one we made up is how customers end up arguing about invoices.

Four zones: .ge, .com, .net and .org.
We would rather sell four zones we can actually service than a list of two hundred where half fail quietly at the registry.
The domain is yours, not ours
A domain registered through us is registered in your name. If you leave, you take it with you — we do not hold it hostage and we do not charge to release it.
The same is true of the DNS records: whether the domain points at our servers or somebody else's is your decision, and you can change it at any time.
After it is registered
The domain does nothing on its own. It needs to point somewhere — at a server, at a mailbox, or both. The guide on pointing your domain covers the records.
If your mail is with us and the domain uses our nameservers, one button in the client area writes every mail record for you. That is the shortest path from "I own a name" to "mail@my-name.ge works".
